Job Description

Get to know the team

Grab Geo team is an established team with strong start-up spirit, responsible for mapping, routing, navigation, POI (point-of-interest), travel time estimation and tech inventions on IoT etc. The Analytics team is one of the functions in Geo, who's mission is to advance product innovation with data analytics and experimentation best practices. If you are keen to solve complex problems such as how to improve the accuracy of time estimation, how to provide the most optimal route to travel, what is the best way to navigate, or participating in making a good map to serve South East Asia, here is your playground!

Get to know the role

You will be working on various Geo related problems and provide critical insights to guide the products to success. This requires working closely with various teams within Grab (Product, Data, Engineering, Operations, etc.) to understand the data requirements, identify and track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights that are tailored and relevant to evolving needs. We are looking for an innovative soul to help take the analytics in the Grab Geo team to the next level!

3. 비즈니스 KPI 관리 및 의사결정 지원
   • 비즈니스 및 제품 성과 측정을 위한 핵심 지표(KPI) 설정 및 모니터링.
   • 주요 이해관계자(Stakeholder)와 협력하여 문제 파악 및 자동화 솔루션 개발.

자격 요건 (Qualifications)

필수 조건 (Must-Have)

• 1~2년의 데이터 분석 경험 (지도, 모빌리티, 물류, 딜리버리 관련 경험 우대)
• 통계적 분석 및 데이터 정리에 대한 꼼꼼함과 실험 설계 능력
• 데이터 시각화 역량 (Tableau, PowerBI 등)
• SQL 활용 능력 및 Python/R 스크립팅 가능
• 데이터 파이프라인 구축 및 관리 경험
• 문제 해결 및 창의적 솔루션 설계 능력
• 분석 내용을 효과적으로 전달할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 스킬
• 자기 주도적으로 업무 수행 가능한 능력
